As America’s Pastime, the MLB All-Star Game is the preeminent sporting event of each and every summer. From Anaheim to Phoenix and New York City to Minneapolis, Major League Baseball, each year seeks to develop a new event identity, architecture and design system that represents in equal parts the history and heritage of its premier jewel event, while capturing the unique spirit and excitement of the host city to bring new generations of fans, partners and sponsors into the game.

Idea.
A visual balance between the event’s prestigious history, heritage and its host city/club was established each year to deliver the desired event expression. Utilizing the iconography and styling from the host city… each event identity, architecture and design system infused with the specific colors and cultural elements were developed. From Fanfest and the 5K Run to the Home Run Derby and All-Star Game, this toolkit enhanced the overall marketing, ticketing, in-venue, broadcast, guest experience and more.
